The Talisman Workshop

Forming new bonds and finding time for creativity can challenge adults. The Talisman workshop is a form of “show and tell” for grown ups. It is designed to induce confidence; helping individuals and groups look in and reach out by using special objects brought from home as a prompt. Participants will engage in parallel play; working on personal growth, while also leaning in to connection with the people around them. A combination of group meditation, journaling, and conversation, this workshop is well suited at retreats aimed at amplifying creativity, and getting community members or employees to get to know themselves and one another better.
