We’ve all been there, a meeting taken over by a confident speaker, a great idea lost by someone sitting in the back. We live in a world that values extroverts, but we know that good ideas come from every type. This workshop uses mixed modalities; conversation, writing, art, note taking, and movement, to give each participant space to share ideas. The course is formatted to guide some to give space, and others to take it, providing insight to leadership on how to maintain the balance. This offering pairs well with the Talisman workshop for longer retreats.
